Pollo a la Brasa

Peruvian Chicken. Crazy delicious. Big bold flavors with a spice rub that makes the chicken amazingly tender. Don’t know why this happens, but it does and that’s all that matters.

Roasted Potatoes

Creamy inside, crispy outside; seasoned to perfection.

Citrus Salad

A bright green salad with cara cara orange, cucumber and a delightful citrus vinaigrette.

Aji Verde

The green sauce, with aji amarillo as the secret ingredient, is over the top delish and gets smothered over the chicken and potatoes.  Someone may write a song about this sauce one day, it’s that good.

Sweet Treat

Brown butter & toffee chocolate chip cookies sprinkled with sea salt.  These are seriously delish.

Tacos Al Pastor

Achiote Pork marinated in chiles, orange juice and spices.  Topped with roasted pineapple, cilantro & onion, avocado and a squirt of lime.

Homemade Corn Tortilla

Delightful bite; tender inside, slightly crisp outside.  Homemade tortillas are a game changer.

Mexican Rice

Savory rice flavored with tomato and onion; the kind in Mexican restaurants, but way better.

Mexican Slaw

A refreshing salad of cabbage, carrots, onion, and jalapeno with a slightly sweet and tangy dressing.   This is coleslaw for people who don’t even like slaw…..  trust me.

Salsa Verde Cruda

Fresh tomatillo salsa.  Just a bit spicy.

Sweet Treat

Chocolate Profiteroles - Crisp puff pastry filled with vanilla ice cream, smothered in chocolate sauce.  That’s all you need for yum.

Diced raw Sashimi grade Ahi tuna seasoned with toasted sesame oil and soy sauce; sliced green onions and black sesame seeds finish off the poke and make it the perfect start to your bowl.

All the Toppings

Sliced cucumber, avocado, homemade pickled ginger, sliced daikon radish, jalapeno, cilantro & shiso, and fried wonton chips.

Sichuan Dry-Fry Green Beans

Blistered Chinese green beans; slightly sweet and slightly salty. So good.

Chicken Tikka Masala

This is restaurant style chicken curry; better actually, in my humble opinion.  Luscious with coconut & slightly spicy with bold flavor.

Palak Paneer

Spinach and cheese curry.  It sounds odd, but it is absolutely delish. A vegetarian side that is special enough to be the main.

Roasted Cauliflower

Indian-spiced. Light and bright.

Mint Coriander Chutney

Fresh herbs, lime and a bit of spice balance the creamy curries.

Raita

Yogurt with cucumber to add freshness & cool the palate.

Homemade Naan

No tandoori oven….yet…but perfect lightly blistered naan can be made on cast iron.  You’ll see.

Sweet Treat

Butterscotch budino topped with maple pecan crumble.  A perfect pairing.
